Recipe
(makes 1 smoothie)

1 banana
1 cup of frozen pineapple
2 tbs of raw hemp seeds
1 tsp of raw honey
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of coconut water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
